Employee Benefits Specialist: Seeking experienced HR professional for a communications company in Dearborn. Candidates must be familiar with managing all employee benefit programs including 401K plans; They will be doing so for approximately 450 full and part time employees. Must be knowledgeable on PPACA requirements and have experience using the 5500 form for 401k, as well as experience with Erisa compliance. Compensation on a contract basis is $25-$30 per hour; on a permanent basis, can pay up to 60K.
